摘  要:目前固体发动机静强度试验设计主要基于二维制图软件,存在二维图纸可视化程度差、工艺文件指导性不足、装配效率低等问题。针对上述问题,以Creo软件为平台,对虚拟装配技术在静强度试验中的应用进行研究。主要介绍了试验工装、安装工具和装配人员的三维建模和标准化管理;利用虚拟装配技术对试验装配方案进行仿真。通过干涉检测和人机工程仿真对方案和流程进行分析提前发现潜在的风险和设计缺陷,对装配工艺进行优化和改进,最终形成装配视频用于指导现场人员安装。通过在固体发动机壳体静强度试验中的应用表明,该方法可以对装配流程进行仿真,验证工艺流程的合理性和可行性,有效指导试验装配,提高装配效率和安全性。At present,the static strength test design of a solid rocket motor(SRM)is mainly based on two-dimensional drawing software.There are some problems such as poor visualization of two-dimensional drawings,lack of guidance of process documents and low assembly efficiency.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the application of virtual assembly technology in static strength tests based on Creo software.It mainly introduces the three-dimensional modeling and standardized management of test tooling,installation tools and assembly personnel,as well as the simulation of the test assembly scheme by using virtual assembly technology.Through interference detection and ergonomic simulation to analyze the assembly scheme and process,it discovers the potential risks and design defects in advance,optimizes and improves the assembly process,and finally forms an assembly video to guide the field personnel to install.The application in the static strength test of SRM shows that the method can simulate the assembly process,verify the rationality and feasibility of the technological process,effectively guide the test assembly and improve the assembly efficiency and safety.
