生物反馈电刺激联合他达那非治疗慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察生物反馈电刺激联合他达那非治疗慢性前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床效果。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,选取2016年8月至2020年8月荣县人民医院收治的93例慢性前列腺炎合并ED患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=47)。对照组采用他达那非治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,以治疗8周为疗效评估节点,比较两组前列腺症状[美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)]、性功能[国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)]、血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)]。结果治疗8周时,观察组NIH-CPSI评分较对照组低,IIEF-5评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗8周时,观察组血清NO水平较对照组高,ET-1水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激治疗慢性前列腺炎合并ED患者可减轻其前列腺症状,联合他达那非使用可进一步改善血管内皮功能,从而增强勃起功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Tadalafil in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled study,93 patients with chronic prostatitis combined with ED admitted to Rongxian People′s Hospital from August 2016 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects.93 patients were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=47)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Tadalafil,and the observation group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The curative effect was evaluated at 8 weeks of treatment.Before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the prostate symptoms[national institutes of health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI)],sexual function[international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)],vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)-1]were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,NIH-CPSI score was lower and IIEF-5 score was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the NO level was higher and ET-1 level was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation can reduce prostate symptoms in patients with chronic prostatitis and ED.Combined with Tadalafil,it can further improve vascular endothelial function,so as to enhance erectile function.
