摘　　要：现代研究发现肠道菌群可通过血脂水平、精神心理、雄激素及甲状腺功能等多种途径参与阳痿的发病。肠道菌群功能与中医脾胃功能有异曲同工之妙,健脾类药物可有效改善肠道菌群紊乱状态,这或可为中医从脾胃论治阳痿提供科学依据。本文结合肠道菌群在阳痿治疗中的作用机制,从肠道菌群的角度出发,探讨从脾胃论治阳痿,以期为阳痿的治疗提供新思路。Modern researches have found that intestinal flora can participate in the onset of impotence through blood lipid level,psycho psychology,androgen and thyroid function.The function of intestinal flora is similar to that of spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine.Spleen strengthening drugs can effectively improve the disorder of intestinal flora,which may provide scientific basis for treating impotence from spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the mechanism of intestinal flora in impotence,this paper discusses the treatment of impotence based on spleen and stomach from the perspective of intestinal flora,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of impotence.
