六味地黄方制剂治疗特发性少、弱精子症的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析研究六味地黄方制剂治疗特发性少、弱精子症的疗效。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方、Cochrane、PubMed等数据库,收集六味地黄方制剂治疗特发性少、弱精子症的随机对照试验,检索时限设定为建库至2022年5月。运用方法学质量评价,使用RevMan 5.4软件工具进行统计分析,并进行偏倚分析。结果共纳入6篇文献。六味地黄方制剂在提高特发性少、弱精子症的总有效率(RR=1.13,95%CI:1.06~1.20,P=0.0003)、精子密度(WMD=5.00,95%CI:2.89~7.11,P<0.00001)、精子活动率(A+B级)(WMD=5.80,95%CI:4.83~6.78,P<0.00001)、妊娠率(RR=2.06,95%CI:1.47~2.90,P<0.0001)方面均显著优于对照组。结论六味地黄方制剂具有生精、强精、助育的功效。Objective To study the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang prescription in treating idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia infertility by Meta-analysis.Methods Electronic databases such as China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),China science and technology journal database(VIP),Wanfang,cochrane library,and PubMed were searched to collect the randomized controlled trials related to Liuwei Dihuang prescription in treating idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia.The retrieval period was set as from the establishment of the database to May 2022.Methodological quality was evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 sof tware,and bias assessment were performed.Results A total of 6 RCTs were included in this study.Liuwei Dihuang prescription improved the total effective rate of male idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia(RR=1.13,95%CI:1.06-1.20,P=0.0003),sperm density(WMD=5.00,95%CI:2.89-7.11,P<0.00001),sperm motility rate(A+B grade)(WMD=5.80,95%CI:4.83-6.78,P<0.00001),pregnancy rate(RR=2.06,95%CI:1.47-2.90,P<0.0001)was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions Liuwei Dihuang prescription has the effects to promote spermatogenesis,enhance spermatogenesis count and motility,and promote fertility.
