加强住院药房作业环节管理提高药品盘点账物相符率效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加强住院药房作业环节管理在提升医院住院药房账物相符率中的应用效果。方法统计医院改进前(2021年4月至6月,常规盘点)及改进后(3轮改进,2021年7月至9月、2021年10月至12月、2022年1月至3月,加强药房作业环节管理盘点)的相关数据,分析并比较改进前后账物相符率、金额偏差率,以及药房作业环节中影响因素导致的药品账物不符例数。结果改进后,住院药房账物相符率为90.32%,其中第1轮改进后无显著变化(P>0.05),第2轮和第3轮改进后账物相符率显著升高(P<0.05);每月盘盈金额、盘亏金额、金额偏差率均较改进前显著降低(P<0.05)。药房作业环节中影响因素导致的账物不符发生例数均较改进前显著减少(P<0.05)。结论通过加强药房作业环节管理,可显著提升住院药房账物相符率,提高医院药房管理与服务水平。Objective To investigate the application effect of reinforced management of inpatient pharmacy operation in improving the consistency rate of drug inventory of accounts and goods in the hospital inpatient pharmacy.Methods The related data of the hospital before improvement(from April to June 2021,routine inventory)and after improvement(three rounds of improvement,from July to September 2021,from October to December 2021,and from January to March 2022,implementation of reinforced management of pharmacy operation)were counted,and the consistency rate of drug accounts and goods before and after improvement,the deviation rate of the amount,and the cases of inconsistency between drug accounts and goods caused by the influencing factors of the pharmacy operation link were analyzed and compared.Results After improvement,the consistency rate of drug accounts and goods in inpatient pharmacy was 90.32%,with no change after the first round of improvement(P>0.05).The consistency rate of accounts and goods was significantly higher after the second and third rounds of improvement(P<0.05).The monthly inventory profit,inventory loss,and deviation rate of the amount were all significantly lower than those before improvement(P<0.05).The cases of inconsistency between drug accounts and goods caused by the influencing factors in the pharmacy operation process were significantly lower than those before improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Reinforced management of inpatient pharmacy operation can significantly improve the consistency rate of drug accounts and goods in the inpatient pharmacy,and can improve the management and service level of hospital pharmacy.
