摘　　要：薄型子宫内膜是指子宫内膜厚度低于能够获得妊娠的最低阈值,是评估子宫内膜容受性的重要指标。目前薄型子宫内膜的诊断标准尚未统一,对妊娠结局的影响尚不明确。该文对辅助生殖技术中薄型子宫内膜的治疗新进展作一综述。Thin endometrium refers to the thickness of the endometrium below the minimum threshold for obtaining pregnancy,and is an important indicator for evaluating endometrial receptivity.The diagnostic criteria of thin endometrium are not yet unified,and its impact on pregnancy outcomes is not yet clear.This paper reviews the new progress in the treatment of thin endometrium in assisted reproductive technology.
