韦氏三联九针治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价韦氏三联九针治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法 将46例糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹患者随机分为试验组及对照组。对照组予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊和甲钴胺片口服,试验组在对照组基础上加用韦氏三联九针疗法,两组均治疗4周。分别于治疗前、治疗2周后和治疗4周后观察两组患者水平及垂直斜视角度、睑裂高度、瞳孔直径、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和NEI-VFQ-25评分,并评价临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗2周、4周后与治疗前比较以及治疗4周后与治疗2周后比较,水平和垂直斜视角度、睑裂高度、VAS评分及NEI-VFQ-25评分均好转(P<0.05),但瞳孔直径未见明显恢复(P>0.05)。试验组在治疗2周后及治疗4周后的睑裂高度、VAS评分及NEI-VFQ-25评分较对照组好转更明显(P<0.05);试验组在治疗4周后斜视角度均显著小于对照组(P<0.01);而试验组治疗2周后及4周后较对照组瞳孔直径均无差异(P>0.05)。试验组的总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的65%(P<0.05)。结论 韦氏三联九针联合药物治疗能在较短时间内改善睑裂高度、水平和垂直斜视角度,缓解视功能及全身的不适症状,疗效优于单纯口服药物治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of WEI's triple nine-needling therapy in treating diabetes oculomotor palsy.Methods 46 patients with diabetes oculomotor palsy were randomly divided into experimental groupand control group.The control group was given calcium dobesilate capsule and mecobalamin tablets orally.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was treated with WEI's triple nine-needling therapy:one near eye three points,two through points around the eye;Triple whole body acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation,once a day,5 days a week.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The horizontal strabismus angle,vertical strabismus angle,palpebral fissure height,pupil diameter,visual analogue scale score(VAS score)and visual function related quality of life scale Chinese version score(NEI-VFQ-25 score)were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment;The total effective rate was calculated after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The horizontal and vertical strabismus angle,palpebral fissure height,VAS score and NEI-VFQ-25 score were improved after 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks after treatment and before treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),but the pupil diameter did not recover significantly(P>0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the height of blepharoplasty,VAS score and NEI-VFQ-25 score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);but it was significantly lower than that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01);There was no difference in pupil diameter between the experimental group and the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,which was higher than 65%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WEI's triple nine-needling therapy with oral medication can improve the height of blepharoplasty,horizontal and vertical strabismus angle in a short time,alleviate the visua
