中药补虚祛瘀方联合针刺治疗痛风临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药补虚祛瘀方结合针刺治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法 选择2017—2020年门诊治疗的痛风患者82例,进行随机对照研究。根据治疗方法不同,将82例患者随机分为对照组42例,治疗组40例,对照组口服非布司他片40 mg,治疗组口服中药补虚祛瘀方结合针刺治疗。8周后比较两组患者血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)及临床疗效。结果 经过8周治疗后,与本组治疗前比较,两组患者血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过8周治疗后,与本组治疗前比较,两组患者VAS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分降低程度较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、治疗组总有效率分别为83.33%、95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药补虚祛瘀方结合针刺治疗痛风能显著降低血尿酸水平,提高肾功能,缓解疼痛,临床疗效肯定,值得进一步推广和研究。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Buxu Quyu Decoction(补虚祛瘀方)combined with acupuncture on gout.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted on 82 gout patients who underwent outpatient treatment from 2017 to 2020.According to the different treatment methods,82 patients were randomly divided into control group(42 cases),treatment group(40 cases),control group oral februsta tablets(40 mg),treatment group oral Chinese medicine Buxu Quyu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.After 4 weeks,the levels of serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,creatinine,VAS scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment in this group,the levels of blood uric acid,urea nitrogen,and creatinine in both groups of patients were significantly reduced,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The levels of blood uric acid,urea nitrogen,and creatinine in the treatment group decreased more significantly compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment in this group,the VAS scores of both groups of patients were significantly reduced,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The decrease in VAS score in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.33%and 95.00%,respectively,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gout with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture can significantly reduce the level of blood uric acid,improve renal function,relieve pain,and the clinical efficacy is positive,which is worth further promotion and research.
