摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种临床常见的慢性退行性骨关节疾病,复杂的生理病理机制使得目前该病的治愈率极低。常用体表刺激技术与药物已成为临床治疗KOA的常规手段且疗效显著。大量研究结果表明常用体表刺激技术与药物治疗可显著抑制炎症因子、疼痛介质及信号通路等各种因素,从而缓解炎症和疼痛,是临床治疗KOA的有效手段,但确切的机制尚未有明确的阐述,也缺乏对其机制的总结。该文旨在围绕常用体表刺激技术与药物(针刺、艾灸、刮痧、推拿和中药)治疗KOA的机制研究,综述常用体表刺激技术与药物治疗是如何缓解炎症反应、疼痛和功能障碍等症状,为未来探究常用体表刺激技术与药物治疗的机制研究提供新理论基础。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common chronic degenerative joint disease.The complex physiological and pathological mechanism makes the cure rate of KOA extremely low.The commonly used body surface stimulation techniques and drugs have become the common means of clinical treatment of KOA and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.A large number of studies have shown that commonly used surface stimulation techniques and drug therapy can significantly inhibit inflammatory factors,pain mediators and signaling pathways and other factors,so as to alleviate inflammation and pain,which is an effective means of clinical treatment of KOA.However,the exact mechanism has not been clearly described,and there is also a lack of summary of commonly used surface stimulation techniques and drug therapy for KOA.This paper aims to focus on the mechanism research of commonly used body surface stimulation technology and drug treatment(acupuncture,moxibustion,scraping,manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine)in the treatment of KOA,and to review how commonly used body surface stimulation technology and drug treatment relieve symptoms such as inflammatory response,pain and dysfunction,so as to provide a new theoretical basis for exploring the mechanism research of commonly used body surface stimulation technology and drug treatment in the future.
