健脾益气法调节肠道菌群在心血管疾病中应用探讨

摘　　要：心血管疾病是发生率、病死率较高的一类疾病,严重影响人类健康,并对个人和社会造成沉重的经济负担,因此针对心血管疾病的防治和预后管理优化刻不容缓。肠道菌群作为人体内最大的微生物群体,近年来逐渐走进心血管疾病研究者的视野,研究发现菌群失调及代谢产物加速了心血管疾病的发生、发展,其机制研究正在不断发展。中医藏象理论中,脾主运化而统血,在志为思。小肠分清泌浊、大肠传导化物是脾运化功能的具体表现。心主血脉而藏神,下合小肠。心与脾在生理上密切联系,保持着动态平衡,在病理上相互影响。脾脏功能对维持肠道菌群稳定发挥重要作用。该文从肠道菌群和心血管疾病的相关性、心脾相关理论出发,探讨通过调理脾脏功能以改善肠道菌群失衡状态,从而达到治疗心血管疾病的目的。Cardiovascular disease is a class of diseases with high incidence and mortality rate,which seriously affects human health and causes heavy economic burden to individuals and society,so it is urgent to optimize the prevention and treatment and prognosis management of cardiovascular diseases.As the largest microbial group in the human body,the intestinal flora has gradually entered the field of vision of cardiovascular disease researchers in recent years,and it has been found that dysbacteriosis and metabolites accelerate the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease,and its mechanism research is constantly developing.In the Tibetan elephant theory of Chinese medicine,the spleen is the main movement and bloodline,and the will is thinking.The separation of turbidity in the small intestine and conduction in the large intestine are the specific manifestations of the splenic transportation function.The heart is the main blood and hides the god,and the lower part of the small intestine.The heart and spleen are physiologically closely related,maintain dynamic balance,and pathologically affect each other.Spleen function plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the intestinal flora.Based on the correlation between intestinal flora and cardiovascular disease and the theory of heart and spleen,this paper discusses the feasibility of improving the imbalance of intestinal flora by regulating and restoring spleen function,so as to achieve the feasibility of treating cardiovascular disease.
