摘　　要：苍术作为中医临床常用的中药,具有燥湿健脾、祛风散寒、明目等功效,多用于治疗脾胃疾病。历代医籍中记录了诸多以苍术入药治疗脾胃的方剂,如平胃散、补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤、完带汤等均为燥湿健脾、和胃行气的经典名方。在现代药理学研究中,大量实验表明了麸炒、米泔水制苍术能更好地发挥药效,但苍术在药物代谢动力学方面研究较少。该文梳理了苍术基源考证及其炮制品应用变化,通过大量文献发现苍术在治疗脾胃疾病方面有重要意义,为其现代研究与临床应用提供了参考。Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)as a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical practice,has the functions of drying dampness and strengthening the spleen,dispelling wind and dispelling cold,and improving eyes.It is often used to treat spleen and stomach diseases.Many prescriptions for treating spleen and stomach with Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)have been recorded in medical books of the past dynasties,such as Pingwei Powder(平胃散),Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction(补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤),Wandai Decoction(完带汤)and etc,which are classic famous prescriptions for drying dampness and invigorating spleen and Qi for stomach.In modern pharmacological studies,a large number of experiments have shown that Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)prepared with bran and rice swill can play a better role,but there are few researches on pharmacokinetics of Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma).This paper combed the textual research on the origin of Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)and the changes in the application of its processed products.Through a large number of documents,it was found that Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)has great significance in spleen and stomach diseases,providing a reference for modern research and clinical application of Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
