探讨泻心汤类方群及其复方制剂剂型研究

摘　　要：以泻心汤为基础的70首常用泻心汤类方群,是中医临床中的常用经典名方群。该类方主要治疗少阴阳明火证、寒热错杂痞证、上焦火热证等。因该类方治疗病证明确、组方配伍精当、临床疗效显著,故可研究其中药新药复方制剂及创新剂型研究。该文从研究背景、历史沿革、中医基础理论及方剂理论依据、方剂组方配伍、药物有效成分、现代实验室药理学研究等方面进行阐述,提出泻心汤可进行的5种现代药物剂型研究及5种剂型的优缺点对比,为后续泻心汤及其类方的中药复方制剂研创提供思路。The 70 commonly used categorized formulas of Xiexin Decoction(泻心汤)based on Xiexin Decoction are recognized to be classic formulas frequently applied in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.This type of categorized formulas is generally applied for the treatment of fire syndrome of Shaoyin and Yangming,cold-heat complicated fullness syndrome,fire-heat syndrome of Shangjiao,etc.This type of formulas has clear indications,precise composition and compatibility,and significant clinical efficacy.Therefore,it is possible to study corresponding new compound preparations and innovative dosage forms of this type of traditional Chinese medicine.Accordingly,this study was performed to elaborate corresponding research background,historical evolution,basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and theoretical basis for formulas,composition and compatibility,active ingredients of drugs,modern laboratory-based pharmacology research,etc.Finally,this study proposed and studied five modern dosage forms for Xiexin Decoction,and compared their advantages and disadvantages.Findings in this study may provide potential reference for subsequent research and development of compound preparations of traditional Chinese medicine for Xiexin Decoction and its related formulas.
