摘　　要：随着针灸国际化进程的深入,使得我们不得不思考现代针灸学未来的发展模式。“高氏项针”系国家级名老中医药专家高维滨教授针对东北地方病——卒中后延髓麻痹而首创的特色疗法,该法以传统腧穴近部取穴为原则,取穴精少、医理明晰、可重复性强,并基于神经、腧穴解剖特点,发现了供血、吞咽1、吞咽2、治呛、治反流、发音、增音等新的经验穴,至今广泛应用于脑神经疾病、脑血管疾病、椎体外系疾病、脊髓疾病等众多领域,疗效显著。“高氏项针”发展30余年,在临床实践中不断发展完善,经历了发现、应用、验证再到发展演化的过程,恰符合现代针灸学发展范式。作者整理相关文献,将“高氏项针”的演化发展历程及应用做以综述,希望为现代针灸学的发展构建提供参考。With the deepening of the internationalization of acupuncture and moxibustion,we have to think about the future development mode of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.“GAO's nape electroacupuncture”is a characteristic therapy pioneered by Professor GAO Weibin,a national famous old expert of traditional Chinese medicine,for medullary paralysis after stroke endemic in Northeast China.The method is based on the principle of traditional acupoint selection near the acupoint,with less precisionclear,medical theory and high repeatability,and is based on neuroanatomy and acupoint anatomy.New experience acupoints such as Gongxue,Tunyan 1,Tunyan 2,Zhiqiang,Zhifanliu,Fayin and Zengyin were found.So far,they have been used widely in many fields such as brain and nerve diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,extracorporeal vertebral system diseases,spinal cord diseases and so on,with remarkable curative effect.“GAO's nape electroacupuncture”has developed for more than 30 years,was developed and perfected in clinical practice,and experienced the process of discovery,application,verification and evolution,which is in line with the development paradigm of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.The author reviews the evolution,development and application of“GAO's nape electroacupuncture”,hoping to provide a reference for the development and construction of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.
