疏金利肺汤辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘对抗氧化物、NF-κB p65蛋白的变化研究

摘　　要：目的 研究疏金利肺汤辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘对患者抗氧化物、核转录因子κB p65(NF-κB p65)蛋白的变化影响。方法 选取医院2018年10月-2020年5月收治的符合中西医诊断,并经支气管激发和舒张试验确诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者90例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(常规对症治疗)和观察组(加用疏金利肺汤辅助治疗),分析两组临床效果。结果 观察组完全缓解21例,显效和好转分别为18例和4例,总有效率达95.56%(43/45),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肺功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)(68.51%±6.11%)、FEV1[(2.38±0.33)L]、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)[(64.11±5.76)L/min]水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前抗氧化物、NF-κB p65蛋白、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(LPO)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、NF-κB p65蛋白、IL-5低于对照组,IL-12高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 疏金利肺汤辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可调节氧化应激、炎症因子的表达水平,改善肺功能,提高疗效。Objective To study the effect of Shujin Lifei Decoction(疏金利肺汤)in adjuvant treatment of cough variant asthma on the changes of antioxidants and nuclear factorκB p65(NF-κB p65)protein in patients.Methods From October 2018 to May 2020,90 patients with cough variant asthma who were diagnosed by traditional Chinese and Western medicine and bronchial provocation and diastolic test were selected from the hospital from October 2018 to May 2020.They were divided into control group by random number method(conventional symptomatic treatment)and the observation group(additional treatment with Shujin Lifei Decoction).It analyzed the clinical effects of the two groups.Results In the observation group,21 cases were complete remission,18 cases were markedly improved and 4 cases were improved,and the total effective rate was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)(68.51%±6.11%),FEV1[(2.38±0.33)L]and maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)[(64.11±5.76)L/min]in the observation group in the first second after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of antioxidant,NF-κB p65 protein,interleukin-5(IL-5)and interleukin-12(IL-12)were compared between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment in the observation group,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),peroxidase(LPO),advanced oxidized protein product(AOPP),NF-κB p65 protein and IL-5 were lower than those of the control group,and IL-12 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shujin Lifei Decoction can adjust the expression levels of oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in the adjuvant treatment of cough variant asthma,improve the lung function and the curative effect.
