摘　　要：IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy, IgAN)是我国乃至全球范围内最为常见的原发性肾小球疾病,其发病原因和机制尚未明确。黏膜免疫系统作为人体第一道免疫防御屏障,其功能异常将直接加快IgAN向尿毒症转化的进程,现代医学尚无特异性治疗方法,而中医各家基于三焦辨证理论体系治疗IgAN,已逐渐形成“疏利三焦”“斡旋三焦”“分消三焦”等独特的治疗法则,疗效确切。故拟系统总结各家经验,并阐述国医大师任继学教授及名医张守琳教授论治IgAN学术思想,为临床提供新思路新方法。IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease in China and even in the world,and its pathogenesis and mechanism are not clear.The mucosal immune system is the first immune defense barrier of human body and its dysfunction will directly accelerate the transformation from IgA nephropathy to uremia.There is no specific treatment method in modern medicine.However,traditional Chinese medicine has gradually formed unique treatment rules such as“soothing Sanjiao”,“regulating Sanjiao”and“eliminating Sanjiao”based on the syndrome differentiation theory system of Sanjiao in the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Therefore,this paper intended to systematically summarize the experience of various physicians and elaborate the academic thoughts of REN Jixue who is a master of traditional Chinese medicine and Professor ZHANG Shoulin who is a famous doctor in the hospital in the treatment of IgA nephropathy,so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical practice.
