摘　　要：辐射是指能量以热、光、声或电磁波等方式向四周传播的一种方式。随着科技的进步,人类暴露于各种辐射环境中,辐射使机体氧化应激,损伤DNA,从而造成免疫、造血及生殖系统的损伤。目前已知的具有抗辐射作用的化学药物毒性较大,近年来研究发现,中药中诸多活性成分具有抗辐射药效,且具有安全性高、不良反应小的优点,因此研究和开发天然抗辐射药物显得尤为重要。综述了电离辐射损伤的分子机制以及中药抗辐射有效成分及其作用机制,以期为抗辐射药物的进一步研发提供理论依据。Radiation is a way in which energy travels around in the form of heat,light,sound or electromagnetic waves.With the advancement of science and technology,human beings are exposed to various radiation environments.Radiation causes oxidative stress and damages DNA,resulting in the damage of immune,hematopoietic and reproductive systems.In recent years,it is found that the chemical drugs with anti-radiation effect are more toxic and many active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exhibit anti-radiation efficacy.TCM shows the advantages of high safety and small toxic side effects,so it is particularly important to research and develop natural anti-radiation drugs.This study reviewed the molecular mechanism of ionizing radiation damage and anti-radiation active ingredients of TCM and their mechanisms of action,expecting to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of anti-radiation drugs.
