清热燥湿药对乳腺癌抑制作用的研究进展

摘　　要：清热燥湿法是乳腺癌的常用治法之一,深入研究其药理作用和机制尤为必要。基于此,就近年来关于常用清热燥湿药对乳腺癌的药理作用和机制的相关文献进行归纳分析,发现清热燥湿药黄芩、黄连、苦参、白鲜皮和秦皮的有效成分能通过抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、调节自噬、抗肿瘤血管生成来抑制乳腺癌的生长,并能逆转乳腺癌细胞多药耐药性、减少癌细胞侵袭和转移以及调节肿瘤免疫微环境。梳理清热燥湿药抑制乳腺癌的实验研究现状,可为清热燥湿药抑制乳腺癌甚至其他癌症的深入研究提供借鉴。Clearing heat and drying dampness is one of the commom TCM therapies for breast cancer,and it is necessary to study its pharmacological effects and mechanisms in depth.For this reason,we summarized the relevent articles about the pharmacological action and mechanism of the commonly used Chinese herbs with the function of clearing heat and drying dampness on breast cancer in recent years,and the results show that the active components of Huangqin,Huanglian,Kushen,Baixianpi and Qinpi could inhibit the growth of breast cancer by inhibiting cell proliferation,inducing cell apoptosis,blocking cell cycle,regulating autophagy and anti-tumor angiogenesis,as well as reverse multidrug resistance of breast cancer cells,reduce invasion and metastasis of cancer cells and regulate tumor immune microenviroment.The current summary of the research status about the inhibition of these herbs on breast cancer can be a useful reference for further study on its effects on breast cancer or even other cancers.
