麝香对中枢神经系统疾病药理作用的实验研究进展

摘　　要：麝香是芳香开窍药的代表中药,具有多种药理活性,在中医药领域应用广泛。通过对从以麝香为主的复方、麝香为主的中成药及单味麝香、麝香核心组分麝香酮相关的药理作用进行总结,发现它们对脑卒中、颅脑损伤、痴呆、卒中后抑郁、癫痫、神经胶质瘤具有治疗作用,其主要是通过调控血脑屏障通透性、抑制炎症反应、抗氧化应激损伤、抗细胞凋亡以及调节中枢神经递质等发挥保护中枢神经系统的作用。通过对上述药物药理作用进行整合及总结,以期为该类药物的深入研究和开发应用提供依据。Shexiang(musk)is a representative traditional Chinese medicine of aromatic resuscitation drugs.It has a variety of pharmacological activities and is widely used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarized the pharmacological effects of Shexiang(musk)-based decoctions,compound Chinese medicine and Shexiang(musk)and muscone,and has found that they have therapeutic effects on stroke,craniocerebral injury,dementia,post-stroke depression,epilepsy and glioma.And mainly through regulating blood-brain barrier permeability,inhibiting inflammatory response,antioxidant stress injury,anti-apoptotic and regulation of central neurotransmitters,they play a role in protecting the central nervous system.Through the integration and summary of the pharmacological effects of the above drugs,it can provide a basis for the in-depth research,development and application of these drugs.
