地奥心血康软胶囊在经心脏核磁共振检查的冠心病微循环障碍中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨地奥心血康软胶囊在经心脏核磁共振检查的冠心病微循环障碍患者中的疗效分析。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年3月在阜阳市人民医院就诊的冠心病微循环障碍患者88例作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服地奥心血康软胶囊。比较两组微循环障碍、心功能、生活质量、心理状态、不良反应。结果 随治疗时间的延长,观察组微循环障碍、心功能、生活质量、心理状态、不良反应均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 经心脏核磁共振检查的冠心病微循环障碍患者应用地奥心血康软胶囊可有效改善冠脉微循环障碍,同时还改善心功能,提高生活质量,减轻因疗程长所致的焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule(地奥心血康软胶囊)in patients with coronary heart disease and microvascular dysfunction by cardiac MRI.Methods A total of 88 patients with coronary heart disease and microcirculation dysfunction who were treated in Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and observed.The group received Di'ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule on the basis of the control group.The microcirculation dysfunction,cardiac function,quality of life,psychological state and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results With the prolongation of treatment time,the microcirculation dysfunction,cardiac function,quality of life,psychological state and adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Di'ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule in patients with coronary heart disease microcirculation dysfunction after cardiac MRI can effectively improve the coronary microcirculation dysfunction,cardiac function and quality of life,and reduce anxiety and depression caused by long courses of treatment.
