摘  要:为提高灰库结构设计精细度,依托实际工程对某工程输煤系统典型灰库结构进行细化分析,并对灰库库壁进行计算研究,采用通用有限元分析软件Midas对不同结构形式的灰库库底结构进行对比计算。研究结果表明:减小壁厚、设置隔热层能有效的优化库壁钢筋量,具有明显的经济性;而库底结构采用框架—底板的计算模型是一种良好的结构体系,受力方式合理,且能充分发挥材料性能,相比厚板结构计算模型能有效的节约工程造价,提高灰库结构的经济效益。In order to improve the precision of the structure design of the ash silo,the typical ash silo structure is analyzed in detail based on the actual project,and the general finite element analysis software Midas is used to compare and calculate the bottom of the ash silo with different structure forms.The results show that reducing the wall thickness and setting the heat insulation layer can effectively optimize the amount of reinforcement in the wall,which has obvious economy.The calculation model of frame and bottom plate is a good structural system,which has a reasonable force mode and can give full play to the material properties.Compared with the calculation model of thick plate structure,it can effectively save the project cost and improve the economic benefit of the ash silo.
