摘 要:为解决近年来高空飞翔游乐设施频繁发生高空滞留事故和应急措施不妥当的问题,提出了一种对大型游乐设施应急措施有效性开展综合评估的方法。首先,利用模糊数学理论,以大型游乐设施全生命周期应急措施的影响因素为基础,构建了大型游乐设施应急措施评价指标体系;然后,以某主题公园的高空飞翔为评估实例,应用应急措施模糊数学综合评价模型,对评估实例的应急措施进行评价;最后,为了优化应急措施综合安全水平,基于评估结果生成了一级模糊评价向量风险趋向图,并对各评价指标进行综合分析和提出了优化建议。通过评估实例验证了该方法在大型游乐设施应急措施评估中的有效性和适用性。研究成果可为大型游乐设施应急措施的制定、改进和评估提供一定的理论依据和思路。Aiming at the frequent high place detention accidents and improper emergency measures of high place flying amusement rides in recent years,this paper proposed a scientific comprehensive evaluation method for the effectiveness of emergency measures of a large amusement ride.Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and the influencing factors of emergency measures in the whole life cycle of large amusement rides,this paper did in-depth research on the internal relationship and mutual influence on the relevant factors affecting emergency rescue(such as“fire ladder truck”,important equipment for high place rescue),and constructed a system including 5 first-class indicators(equipment factors,emergency preparation,emergency response,aftermath disposal,personnel factor)and 26 second-class indicators for the evaluation index system of emergency measures for large amusement rides.Combined with the evaluation example of high place flying in a theme park,the effectiveness of emergency measures for the amusement ride was assessed.The evaluation example was given through the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model of emergency measures.The evaluation result was“relatively reliable”and acceptably risky,but it is necessary to keep normal management,further optimize and improve.Moreover,to optimize the comprehensive safety management level of emergency measures,a first-level fuzzy evaluation vector risk trend graph was generated based on the evaluation results.When comprehensively analyzing each evaluation index,it was found that the influencing factors such as“emergency preparation”needed to be optimized and improved,and some optimization suggestions were brought up.The results show that the effectiveness and applicability of this method in the evaluation of emergency measures of large amusement rides are verified by the evaluation example.The evaluation system is an improved evaluation method of emergency measures.The research results provide a certain theoretical basis and ideas for making,improving and eval
