摘  要:以氯化汞、氯化锌为催化活性组分,乙酰丙酮为有机配体,活性炭为载体,采用浸渍法制备了有机配体超低汞催化剂。在固定床转化器中对乙炔转化率和催化剂稳定性进行了评估。在反应温度180℃,乙炔空间流速1000h-1,压力0.3MPa,催化剂装填量1mL,乙炔和氯化氢体积比1:1.1条件下,催化剂最佳配比为4%HgCl_(2)-4%ZnCl_(2)-5%乙酰丙酮-AC,初始转化率达到56.658%,下降速率为0.45%/h。The ultra-low mercury catalyst with organic ligand was prepared by impregnation method with mercury chloride and zinc chloride as catalytic active components,acetylacetone as organic ligand,and activated carbon as carrier.The acetylene conversion rate and catalytic stability were evaluated in a fixed converter.Under the condition of reaction temperature 180℃,acetylene space flow rate 1000 h^(-1),pressure O.3 MPa,catalyst loading amount 1 mL,acetylene and hydrogen chloride volume ratio 1:1.1,the optimum ratio of the catalyst was 4%HgCl_(2)-4%ZnCl_(2)-5%acetylacetone-AC,showing the initial conversion rate 56.658%followed by the rate of descent 0.45%/h.
