维吾尔族舞蹈与藏族舞蹈中的“颤动律”浅析

摘  要:维吾尔族舞蹈与藏族舞蹈是高等舞蹈教育人才培养中不可或缺的民族民间舞必修课程,两种民族舞蹈都具有浓郁的风格特征和极高的审美价值。由于在高等舞蹈教学的民间舞课程组中,舞蹈生每学期必修不同民族、不同族群、不同地域的民族民间舞种类,在多个民间舞的交叉学习中,学生很容易出现不同民族舞风格掌握之间的“窜范儿”,大到对风格韵味及节奏特点的把握,小到具体动作细节处理上的混淆。因此,民族民间舞教学离不开理论研究、方法研究,民族民间舞教师需要更好地梳理不同民族民间舞的共性及差异性,全面深入地了解民族文化、民族历史、民族记忆、人文情怀及不同民族的精神世界,并运用在“身体力行”的民族民间舞教学中。文章将从两个民族的民间舞教学经验入手,初步对两种舞蹈的教学方式进行比较研究。Uyghur dance and Tibetan dance are indispensable fcompulsory courses of national folk dance in higher dance education,both of which have strong style characteristics and high aesthetic value.because in the folk dance course group of higher dance teaching,dance students are required to take different ethnic groups,different ethnic groups and different regions of folk dance every semester,in the cross-study of many folk dances.In the process of learning,it is easy for students to have"fleeing patterns"between different folk dance styles,ranging from the grasp of style charm and rhythm characteristics to the confusion in dealing with the details of specific movements.national folk dance is inseparable from theoretical research and method research,so national folk dance teachers need to better sort out the similarities and differences of different ethnic folk dance.Master the comprehensive national culture,national history,national memory,humanistic feelings and the spiritual world of different nationalities,and apply it in the national folk dance teaching of"putting it into practice".Therefore,the author will talk from the folk dance teaching experience of the two nationalities.a preliminary comparative study of the two kinds of dance teaching methods.
