摘 要:针对含划痕缺陷高密度聚乙烯(High-Density Polyethylene,PE-HD)管道面临爆破拆除工程中塌落物冲击问题,设计了浅埋管道落锤冲击和拉伸试验,再结合Abaqus有限元软件研究了触地载荷下含缺陷管道的力学响应,探究了不同因素下管道力学行为规律和防护措施的有效性。结果表明:冲击试验中管顶应力高于管底应力,管材在屈服后应力明显下降;硬化路面下划痕管道的最大Mises应力显著减小;当划痕深度系数为0.5时,管顶部和底部存在划痕的管道最易失效;内压在一定程度上对划痕管道有保护作用;管道在高触地速度冲击下应力集中现象更明显;对冲击下的缺陷管道进行聚苯乙烯泡沫(Expanded Polystyren,EPS)缓冲垫层和多级复合缓冲垫层防护后,管道最大应力分别下降40%和72%,因此建议根据工程实际情况中针对临近触地载荷下的管道选取合理的防护措施。The blasting and demolition projects of buildings especially for the nearby buried defect High-Density Polyethylene(PE HD)gas pipeline may cause the failure and leakage of the pipeline.For example,the collapse effect of viaducts and chimneys in blasting demolition.To explore its impact on the safe operation of gas pipelines,the shallow-buried PE HD pipes were subjected to a drop hammer impact test and a pipe tensile test.The Abaqus finite element software was also reasonably utilized,the dynamic response of the scratched PE HD pipe under touchdown load was studied,and the dynamic response law of the scratched pipe under different parameters was explored.Important parameters include defect depth,defect location,and internal pressure on the dynamic response of the pipeline.And the following research results were obtained.First,the stress at the top of the pipeline is higher than the stress at the bottom of the pipeline in the test,and the stress-strain curve drops significantly after exceeding the yield stress.Second,the maximum stress and displacement of the pipeline are significantly reduced under the hardened pavement.The maximum Mises stress of the pipeline increases with increasing the scratch depth.The peak time of pipeline stress and displacement is not synchronous.Pipelines with scratches on the top and bottom of the pipeline are more likely to fail as the scratch depth coefficient is 0.5.Third,the internal pressure protects the pipes with shallow scratch defects(A=0.1,0.2).The pipeline displacement decreases slightly with the increase of internal pressure.Fourth,when the gas transmission pressure of the pipeline exceeds 0.6 MPa,the stress concentration of the pipeline with deep scratches increases significantly.The stress concentration of the pipeline is more obvious when the touchdown velocity is high,and the defective pipeline is in a more dangerous state.The maximum displacement of the pipeline increases even with the increase of touchdown velocity.The maximum stress decreases significantly after the pi
