摘  要:为优化液态CO_(2)相变爆破钻孔布置参数,研究双孔同时起爆应力波的传播特征、控制孔对煤体裂隙扩展规律的影响,基于LS DYNA有限元软件模拟分析单孔爆破、双孔不同孔间距爆破及添加控制孔爆破的裂隙扩展特征,并在山西某矿15号煤层进行液态CO_(2)相变致裂现场试验。结果表明:液态CO_(2)单孔爆破的有效致裂半径为2.16 m;双孔爆破有效致裂半径为2.54 m,较单孔有效致裂半径提高了17.59%。随着炮孔间距的增大,两炮孔中间连线贯通区由完全贯通演化至非连续贯通,当孔间距为5 m时,致裂效果最好。含控制孔爆破较双孔爆破有效致裂半径提高了8.27%,控制孔主导了爆生主裂隙的定向扩展及孔壁环向裂隙的生成,裂隙扩展速度和影响范围均有显著增加。液态CO_(2)相变致裂后,平均瓦斯抽采体积分数提高了2.68倍,平均瓦斯抽采流量提高了6.09倍。To optimize the drilling layout parameters of CO_(2)phase change blasting,study the propagation characteristics of stress wave of simultaneous initiation of two holes,the law of coal crack propagation,and the influence of control holes on the law of coal crack propagation,the numerical simulation of single hole blasting and double hole blasting with different hole spacing and adding control holes are carried out based on LS DYNA finite element software.The results show that the effective fracture radius of a single hole is 2.16 m,and the maximum damage range of rock mass between adjacent blast holes of double hole blasting is 2.54 m,which is 17.59%higher than that of single hole coal.When the two holes are detonated at the same time,due to the superposition of stress waves,the radial cracks in the middle of the two blast holes deflect,inhibit the expansion of some cracks,and form a crack empty white belt and a through“directional crack”on the connecting line of the two blast holes.On the outside of the two blast holes,the superposition of stress waves promotes crack expansion,which gradually decreases with increasing hole spacing.With the increase of blast hole spacing,the connection area between the two blast holes changes from complete connection to discontinuous connection.When the hole spacing is 5m,the cracking effect is the best.The crack radius of double hole blasting with the control hole is 2.75 m,which is 8.27%higher than that of double hole blasting and 27.31%higher than that of single hole blasting.According to the theory of explosion mechanics and fracture mechanics,the control hole plays a guiding role in the crack expansion and effectively accelerates crack development,and the crack expansion depth and influence range are significantly increased.Besides,the field test of CO_(2)phase change cracking in 15 number coal seam of a mine in Shanxi shows that by the CO_(2)phase change cracking,the average gas drainage volume fraction is increased by 2.68 times,the average gas drainage flow is increased
