摘  要:为研究无机盐助剂对阴离子表面活性剂溶液润湿煤尘的影响,进行了表面张力、反渗透、保水性能和喷雾降尘4组试验,考察了6种无机盐助剂NaCl、CaCl_(2)、Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)CO_(3)、NaHCO_(3)和AlCl_(3)对阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate,SDBS)溶液性能的影响。结果表明:6种无机盐助剂在一定程度上均能够降低SDBS溶液的表面张力,且无机盐助剂对SDBS溶液表面张力的影响随SDBS浓度的增加而不断减小,无机盐助剂对SDBS溶液的影响从优到劣依次为CaCl_(2)、NaCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)CO_(3)、NaHCO_(3)、AlCl_(3);无机盐助剂的添加对于煤尘吸湿量有影响,无机盐不同,对煤尘吸湿量的影响也不同,且以SDBS溶液质量分数为0.005%为例,添加NaCl、CaCl_(2)、Na_(2)SO_(4)改善煤尘吸湿量的效果较好;无机盐助剂Na_(2)CO_(3)和CaCl_(2)质量分数分别为0.4%和0.3%时具有较好的保水性能,能较好地减缓煤尘水分的蒸发;综合润湿性能和保水性,CaCl_(2)优于其他5种无机盐;在SDBS溶液中添加无机盐助剂质量分数为0.3%CaCl_(2)后,总体上来说,在同一供水压力下,喷雾降尘效率由高到低依次为添加无机盐助剂的SDBS溶液、纯SDBS溶液、清水。To study the influence of inorganic salt additives on the wetting of coal dust by anionic surfactants solution,four groups of experiments were carried out,including surface tension,reverse osmosis,water retention,and spray dust suppression.The effects of six kinds of inorganic salt auxiliaries(NaCl,CaCl_(2),Na_(2)SO_(4),Na_(2)CO_(3),NaHCO_(3),and AlCl_(3))on the performance of anionic surfactant SDBS solution were investigated.The results show that the six inorganic salt additives can reduce the surface tension of SDBS solution to a certain extent,and the surface tension of SDBS solution decreases with the increase of SDBS concentration.The effects of inorganic salt additives on SDBS solution are CaCl_(2),NaCl,Na_(2)SO_(4),Na_(2)CO_(3),NaHCO_(3),and AlCl_(3);The addition of inorganic salt additives has an impact on the moisture absorption of coal dust.Different inorganic salts have different effects on the moisture absorption of coal dust.Among them,the addition of NaCl,CaCl_(2),and Na_(2)SO_(4)has a better effect on the moisture absorption of coal dust.Take the mass fraction of SDBS solution as an example,when the moisture absorption of coal dust is the largest by adding different inorganic salt additives,the concentrations of NaCl,CaCl_(2),Na_(2)SO_(4),Na_(2)CO_(3),and NaHCO_(3)are 0.6%,0.3%,0.3%,0.4%,and 0.3%;When the mass fractions of inorganic salt additives Na_(2)CO_(3)and CaCl_(2)are 0.4%and 0.3%,they have better water retention performance and can better slow down the evaporation of coal dust water;Considering comprehensive wettability and water retention,CaCl_(2)is better than the other five inorganic salts;In addition,By adding inorganic salt adjuvant 0.3%CaCl_(2)to the SDBS solution,generally speaking,under the same water supply pressure,the efficiency of spray dustfall from high to low was:SDBS solution with inorganic additives,pure SDBS solution,clean water.With the increase of water supply pressure,the improvement of dust reduction efficiency by inorganic salt additives is less obvious;The dust redu
