摘  要:为了解地面钻孔作业肌肉疲劳发展特征,避免疲劳累积,降低工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)风险,设计并组织地面钻孔试验,通过采集作业过程中作业人员多模态肌肉疲劳信息研究其风险。招募8名大学男生进行试验,测量地面及20 cm高以及20 s和40 s钻孔任务下多模态肌肉疲劳数据:任务操作量、主观评分、生理参数和姿势;然后运用统计学方法分析地面类型及任务时长对作业过程肌肉疲劳的影响,进行回归分析以分析各肌群肌肉疲劳发展,利用姿势分析方法分析姿势风险。结果表明:钻孔作业肌肉疲劳明显;作业前后握力下降显著;主观用力评分(RPE)、主观痛感评分(RPA)和主观振动不适评分(RPV)均随时间显著上升;腰背RPE评分最高;20 cm高作业肌肉疲劳风险较高,具有较高姿势风险评分;身体右侧肌肉疲劳风险较高;20 s任务肌肉疲劳风险较高于40 s任务。To explore the development of muscle fatigue for drilling tasks and avoid the accumulation of muscle fatigue and reduce the risk of getting work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs),a drilling task was designed and arranged.The risk of muscle fatigue for drilling workers was analyzed with multimodal information.A total of 8 college male students were recruited to participate in the experiment.Multi-modal muscle fatigue information of participants including task operating information,subjective ratings,physiological parameters,postures under ground and 20 cm above,and task duration of 20 s and 40 s were measured.Then,a statistical method was used to explore the influence of height and task duration on the development of muscle fatigue.The progression of the muscle fatigue was done by regression analysis.The posture assessment was performed to evaluate the risk of postures.The results show that the grip force decreases significantly during the drilling tasks.The difference in grip force decreases among 4 trials,however,is insignificant.Ratings of perceived exertion(RPE),ratings of perceived ache(RPA),and ratings of perceived vibration(RPV)all significantly increase with time.RPA and RPV at 10 min and RPA at 15 min and 20 min of 40 s task duration are higher than that of 20 s task.The RPE of the waist is the highest.The risk of the onset of muscle fatigue is higher at 20 cm above than that of ground.The posture assessment also shows that the risk is higher at the height of 20 cm above than that of ground.The risk of the onset of muscle fatigue on the right side of the body is higher than that on the left side.The risk of the onset of muscle fatigue in task 20 s is higher than that of task 40 s.Therefore,muscle fatigue accumulation for the ground-drilling task is obvious.Both the ache of the right hand and discomfort of the upper limb are obvious.We should pay more attention to the muscle fatigue accumulation on the waist and the right side of the body.The work schedule of drilling at ground with a task duration
