摘　　要：肥胖作为心脑血管、糖尿病、不孕症等多种疾病的高危因素,目前已严重危害人类健康。西医治疗多以减重、改善生活方式为主,且有一定毒副作用。李中南主任强调用中药辨证治疗,调整脏腑功能。她将该病分为3型,即痰湿中阻、痰瘀互结、肝郁脾虚型。分别予健脾化痰,祛湿涤浊;化浊消瘀,利痰祛湿;疏肝健脾,行气解郁治疗,取得良好疗效。Obesity,as a high-risk factor for many diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,infertility,has seriously endangered human health.Western medicine mainly focuses on weight loss and lifestyle improvement,and has certain toxic and side effects.Director LI Zhongnan emphasized the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat syndromes and adjust the functions of viscera.She divided the disease into 3 types,namely,obstruction of phlegm-dampness,intertwined phlegm and blood stasis,and stagnation of the liver and deficiency of the spleen.Respectively give the treatment of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,removing dampness and purifying turbidity;resolving turbidity and eliminating blood stasis,promoting phlegm and removing dampness.
