摘　　要：徐氏飞腾八法为中医时间医学的重要分支,其顺应自然规律,根据不同时辰经脉气血流注的盛衰而按天干时辰开穴,通过作用于经络、平衡于阴阳、调和脏腑,以达经脉通畅、阴平阳秘。文章简述其理论基础、选穴推演方法以及在临床中的运用进展,发现飞腾八法充分体现中医特色,临床应用广泛、效果显著、绿色安全,但存在高质量临床文献报道不足、欠缺相关机制研究,今后当逐步开展高质量临床试验研究,深挖其中医特色内涵,便于临床推广运用。Xu’s Feiteng Eight Method is an important branch of Chinese medicine.It follows the laws of nature,opening acupuncture points according to the strength and weakness of the flow of Qi and blood in the meridians at different times of the day.This paper briefly discusses its theoretical basis,the method of selecting and deducing acupuncture points and the progress of its application in clinical practice.It is found that the Eight Methods of Feiteng fully embody the characteristics of Chinese medicine,and are widely used in clinical practice,with significant effects and green safety.However,there is a shortage of high-quality clinical literature and a lack of relevant mechanism studies.In the future,high-quality clinical trial studies should be conducted gradually to deepen the connotation of its TCM characteristics and facilitate clinical promotion and application.
