摘　　要：糖尿病肾脏病(Diabetic Kidney Disease,DKD)属于糖尿病微血管并发症之一,起病隐匿、病程长、复发率高,目前由DKD导致的慢性肾脏病患者已成为全球慢性肾脏病患者的主流人群,寻找有效延缓疾病进展的方法对于防治DKD具有弥足深远的意义。近年来中医药多组分、多靶点、多途径的特性使其在DKD防治方面展现出显著的优势,基于此,文章将从病名、病因病机、中医内治法及中医外治法四个方面综述近年来中医药防治DKD的相关文献,以期为临床防治DKD提供新的思路与方法。Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD)is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes,with insidious onset,long course of disease,and high recurrence rate.Currently,patients with chronic kidney disease caused by DKD have become the mainstream population of chronic kidney disease patients in the world.Finding ways to effectively delay disease progression is of far-reaching significance for the prevention and treatment of DKD.In recent years,the characteristics of multi-components,multi-targets,and multi-paths of traditional Chinese medicine have shown significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of DKD.In this paper,the relevant literature on the prevention and treatment of DKD by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years is reviewed in order to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of DKD.
