基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗双心疾病相关研究可视化知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace对中医药治疗双心疾病的文献进行知识图谱可视化分析,探索中医药在双心疾病诊疗中的发展状况,发掘新的研究方向。方法:在中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中检索2000年1月1日至2021年12月31日中医药治疗双心疾病的相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对作者、机构、关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析。结果:共纳入文献6190篇,近20年发文量稳步增加。研究核心学者321位,研究机构为655家,以山东中医药大学、天津中医药大学、北京中医药大学等研究机构为代表;关键词为448个,频数最高的关键词为焦虑抑郁,关键词聚类显示研究主要包括双心疾病中医药物的药理作用研究、名老中医医案研究、双心疾病中医证候研究及中西医结合治疗双心疾病等。数据挖掘是目前研究主流。结论:中医药治疗双心疾病相关领域研究趋势主要集中在中医药改善双心疾病相关症状的临床试验、主要方剂作用机制的动物实验及双心疾病的中医临床诊断评估量表研究等方面,研究类型主要以个案报道、名医经验及临床观察等研究为主;目前该领域仍缺乏多中心大样本临床试验,研究机构间需进一步加强合作,双心疾病相关基础理论研究及计算机人工智能等技术应用于早期诊断是未来研究热点。Objective:To explore the development status and new research directions in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of psycho-cardiology disease by using knowledge graph visual analysis of related TMC literature based on CiteSpace.Methods:The related literature on the treatment of psycho-cardiology disease by TCM from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021 was searched in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database,and the knowledge graph of authors,institutions,and keywords was drawn and analyzed with CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software.Results:A total of 6190 articles were included,The number of articles published had increased steadily in the past 20 years.There were 321 research core scholars and 655 research institutions,represented by Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.There were 448 keywords,and the most frequent keyword was anxiety and depression.Keyword clustering showed that the research mainly included pharmacological effects of TCM drugs for psycho-cardiology disease,medical case study of famous old Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome study of psycho-cardiology disease,and treatment of psycho-cardiology disease by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The application of data mining technology was the mainstream of current research in this field.Conclusion:The research trends in the field of TCM treatment of psycho-cardiology disease were mainly focused on the clinical trials of Chinese medicine to improve symptoms related to psycho-cardiology disease,animal experiments on the mechanism of main prescriptions,and the research on TCM clinical diagnostic evaluation scales for psycho-cardiology disease.The main research types were case reports,famous doctors'experience and clinical observation.At present,multi-center and large sample clinical trials were still lacking in this field.Cooperation among research institutions needs to be further strengthened
