吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术、Ligasure技术对痔病患者术后并发症的影响对比

摘　　要：目的对比痔病采用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术、Ligasure技术治疗对术后并发症的影响。方法100例痔病患者,按照病床单双号分为对照组(单号)及观察组(双号),每组50例。对照组接受吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗,观察组实施Ligasure技术治疗。对比两组手术指标、治疗效果、并发症发生率及疼痛程度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间(24.56±2.16)min、住院时间(4.57±1.62)d明显短于对照组的(39.46±2.28)min、(8.95±2.24)d,术后复发率4.0%低于对照组的18.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为4.0%,明显低于对照组的16.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后无痛33例、轻度疼痛11例、中度疼痛5例、重度疼痛1例,对照组术后无痛6例、轻度疼痛14例、中度疼痛19例、重度疼痛11例。观察组术后疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术相比,采用Ligasure技术治疗痔病的效果更加显著,可有效缓解临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,减少手术后并发症产生,其安全性、有效性均十分理想,是一项值得积极推广的应用。Objective To compare the effects of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids and Ligasure technique on postoperative complications in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemorrhoids were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number)according to oddeven bed number,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,and the observation group was treated with Ligasure technique.The surgical indexes,therapeutic effect,complication rate and pain level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 94.0%in the observation group,which was higher than that of 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operating time of(24.56±2.16)min and hospitalization time of(4.57±1.62)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of(39.46±2.28)min and(8.95±2.24)d in the control group;the postoperative recurrence rate of 4.0%in the observation group was lower than that of 18.0%in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 4.0%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of 16.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,33 cases had no postoperative pain,11 cases had mild pain,5 cases had moderate pain and 1 case had severe pain;in the control group,6 cases had no postoperative pain,14 cases had mild pain,19 cases had moderate pain and 11 cases had severe pain.The postoperative pain level in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,Ligasure technique is more effective in treating hemorrhoids,and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the pain level,and reduce postoperative complications.Its safety and effectiveness are ideal,and it is w
