Efficacy observation of tacrolimus ointment combined with Juyou baby relieving moisturizing cream in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children

摘　　要：目的探讨他克莫司软膏联合绽小妍婴儿舒缓润肤霜治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法65例儿童特应性皮炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(33例)。对照组给予他克莫司软膏治疗,治疗组给予他克莫司软膏联合绽小妍婴儿舒缓润肤霜治疗。比较两组治疗前后严重程度指数(EASI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、儿童皮肤病生活质量指数(CDLQI)评分、免疫因子水平[干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)],临床疗效,安全性和复发情况。结果治疗后,治疗组EASI评分(1.47±0.58)分、VAS评分(1.16±0.55)分、CDLQI评分(1.82±0.85)分均显著低于对照组的(3.55±1.21)、(2.89±1.26)、(5.93±2.43)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组治疗总有效率87.50%高于对照组的57.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组IFN-γ(16.62±1.73)ng/L显著高于对照组的(13.24±1.44)ng/L,IL-4(10.11±0.84)ng/L、IL-17(25.13±2.64)ng/L显著低于对照组的(13.65±1.16)、(32.17±3.05)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,治疗组不良反应发生率12.50%显著低于对照组的39.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后2周,治疗组随访复发率6.25%显著低于对照组的36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绽小妍婴儿舒缓润肤霜辅助他克莫司软膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,安全性较高且复发率低,具有较好的临床价值。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of tacrolimus ointment combined with Juyou baby relieving moisturizing cream in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.Methods A total of 65 children with atopic dermatitis were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to the random numerical table.The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment,and the treatment group was treated with tacrolimus ointment and Juyou baby relieving moisturizing cream.Both groups were compared in terms of eczema area severity index(EASI)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,children's dermatology life quality index(CDLQI)score,immune factor[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17)]levels before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence.Results After treatment,the treatment group had EASI score of(1.47±0.58)points,VAS score of(1.16±0.55)points and CDLQI score of(1.82±0.85)points,which were significantly lower than those of(3.55±1.21),(2.89±1.26)and(5.93±2.43)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of 57.58%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IFN-γof(16.62±1.73)ng/L in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of(13.24±1.44)ng/L in the control group;IL-4 of(10.11±0.84)ng/L and IL-17 of(25.13±2.64)ng/L in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of(13.65±1.16)and(32.17±3.05)ng/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of 12.50%in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of 39.39%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,the recurrence rate of 6.25%in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of 36.36%in the control group,and the di
