摘 要:自身免疫性疾病(AD)是由于自身抗原免疫耐受紊乱导致机体损害的一类疾病。大多数患者在临床诊断期间常出现组织破坏和并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。目前,对AD的治疗主要包括广谱抗炎药物或非特异性的免疫抑制药物。然而,长期和广泛使用免疫抑制剂和细胞毒性药物会降低身体的正常免疫反应,并增加罹患癌症和感染的潜在风险。作为一项有巨大潜力的生物医学领域新技术,纳米载药技术具有可控、稳定和靶向性的特点,近年来被广泛应用于AD等疾病的治疗中。本文综述了纳米载药技术在几种常见AD中的最新应用研究,旨在为后续基于纳米载药技术的治疗方法提供新的思路,并支持临床应用转化。Autoimmune diseases(AD)are caused by disorder of immune tolerance to autoantigens.Tissue destruction and complications often occur in most patients during clinical diagnosis,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.So far,the treatment for AD mainly includes broadspectrum anti-inflammation drugs or non-specific immunosuppressants.However,long-term and widespread use of immunosuppressants and cytotoxic drugs reduces the body’s normal immune responses and increases the potential risk of cancer and infection.As a new technology with great potential in biomedicine,nano-drug loading technology has the characteristics of controllability,stability and targeting,and has been widely used in the treatment of AD and other diseases in recent years.In this review,we summarized the latest application of nano-drug loading technology in common autoimmune diseases,to provide new strategies for the treatment based on nano-drug loading technology and support clinical application transformation.
