摘  要:目的应用近红外光谱和图像处理技术对两种中药化妆品的保湿效果进行评价并提供选择依据。方法选取黄芪保湿沁润精粹乳(样品A)和茯苓亮肤菁华乳(样品B)两种化妆品为研究对象,对12名志愿者右前臂内侧皮肤分别使用样品A和B,使用后30 min对志愿者右前臂内侧皮肤进行肌肤检测仪检测,以及光谱数据和图像的采集。采用配对样本t检验,对使用样品A、B后右前臂内侧皮肤的纹理特征进行统计分析。结果结合光谱预处理方法,分别建立使用两种化妆品后皮肤含水量定量分析模型,两模型的决定系数(R^(2))分别为0.8621和0.9462,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为4.8636和2.5713;对使用样品A、B后皮肤纹理特征的对比度和能量参数进行比较,发现两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由光谱分析和图像分析结果发现,两种化妆品保湿效果之间差异有统计学意义,且样品B保湿性能优于样品A。这与肌肤检测仪结果一致。结论图像与光谱技术采用实时、无接触的方法对皮肤含水量进行测定,全面地从二维空间提供保湿评价,克服了生化评估方法对皮肤的损伤和视觉评估的主观性,为合理评价中药化妆品保湿功效提供依据。Objective To evaluate the moisturizing effect of 2 traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics near-infrared spectroscopy and image processing technology.Methods Astragalus hydrating essence milk(sample A)and Poria cocos bright skin essence milk(sample B)were selected as research objects.The two cosmetics were used on 12 volunteers’right forearm medial skin respectively.Then,these areas were detected by skin detector 30 minutes later and spectral data as well as images were collected.Paired sample t test was used to statistically analyze the skin texture features spectra of the right forearm medial skin after using sample A and B.Results Combined with the spectral preprocessing method,models of skin moisture content after using cosmetics A and B were quantitative analyzed.The determination coefficients R^(2) of the two models were 0.8621 and 0.9462,and the root mean square errors of prediction(RMSEP)were 4.8636 and 2.5713,respectively.Comparing the contrast and energy parameters of skin texture features after using sample A and B,significant differences was found between them(P<0.05).According spectral analysis and image analysis,there were significant differences between the moisturizing effect of the two cosmetics,with the moisturizing performance of sample B better than that of sample A,which was consistent with the result of the skin detector.Conclusion The image and spectrum technology can measure the skin moisture content in a real-time and non-contact way,and comprehensively evaluate moisturizing in a two-dimensional space,avoiding skin damage as in biochemical methods and subjectivity of visual evaluation.
