Biochemistry is one of the core courses in the medical profession,in which the relationship between the structure and function of proteins is one of the most difficult points,as well as the basis for understanding the chemical nature of life. The paper takes the teaching of Nav1.9 and PRRT2 proteins as an example to promote students′understanding of protein conformational relationships by elaborating the factors influencing the stability of theα-helix of protein secondary structure. In addition, students′interest in learning can be stimulated and the learning effect can be strengthened by issuing questions to students before class, guiding them to study the literature on their own, discuss in groups, and answer questions in a timely manner, and using teaching sessions such as the introduction of scientific stories and students′presentation of discussion results during class to guide students to analyze and solve problems. The in-depth learning driven by scientific problems has effectively cultivated students′scientific spirit of truth-seeking and innovation while stimulating their interest in learning.
