摘　　要：面对全球能源供需不稳定、能源价格大幅波动、行业发展不确定性强等不利因素,油田企业需要更加审慎地开展生产与经营。文章梳理了生产计划、投资计划、财务计划(简称“三大计划”)的含义、融合思路,论述了“三大计划”融合的计算步骤和相应方法,并以某油田企业为例分析了“三大计划”融合结果与优化方案,力争为公司发展规模、发展速度、发展质量和发展效益的提升做出贡献。Facing unfavorable conditions such as unstable global energy supply and demand,large fluctuations in energy prices,and strong uncertainty of the industry,oilfield enterprises need to be more prudent in production and operation.This paper analyzes the meaning and integration thought of production plan,investment plan and financial plan(referred to as the three major plans),puts forward the methodology of the integration of the three major plans.Besides,this paper takes a certain oilfield enterprise as an example and analyses the integration results and optimization plan.
