近代东北地区日本经济组织情报调查活动探析

摘　　要：近代日本对外扩张过程中,组建了一套以外务省与农商务省为中心、以经济组织为辅助的“官民一体”的情报网络系统。其中,东北地区日本经济组织身处日本情报系统的第一线,受日本官厅及满铁资助,接受日本官民委托,对中国社会、经济开展调查活动,并编纂了数量庞大的经济刊物和调查报告。这些一手调查资料不仅能够对日本情报网络系统进行补充,而且是日本工商业获取海外经济信息的重要来源。值得关注的是,这些调查活动以民间经济组织的身份展开,相关调查资料对于开展中国近代社会经济史研究具有较高的学术价值,然而这些调查活动的实质是为日本制定对华经济扩张政策提供情报支持。In the process of modern Japan’s external expansion,it established a set of intelligence network system based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce,with economic organizations as the auxiliary“integration of government and civilians”.Among them,the Japanese economic organizations in Northeast China are at the forefront of the investigation of the Japanese intelligence network system,funded by the Japanese government and the Manchurian Railway,and commissioned by the Japanese government and the people to carry out investigation activities on the Chinese economy and society,and compiled a large number of investigation reports and Economic publications.These first-hand investigation materials can not only supplement the Japanese intelligence network system,but also serve as an important source for Japanese industry and commerce to obtain overseas economic information.What is more noteworthy is that these investigations were carried out as non-governmental economic organizations.The relevant investigation materials have high academic value for the study of modern Chinese social and economic history.However,these investigative activities are essentially an aggressive way of providing information support for Japan to formulate economic expansion policies toward China.
