摘  要:钢纤维与纳米炭黑等材料越来越广泛应用于混凝土工程中,利用三因素(钢纤维类型、钢纤维掺量、纳米炭黑掺量)四水平正交试验探究钢纤维及纳米炭黑对混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度的影响。结果表明:钢纤维类型对混凝土力学性能影响的顺序为剪切型>铣削型>镀铜型>端勾型,立方体抗压强度与轴心抗压强度随着钢纤维掺量和纳米炭黑掺量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,对于立方体抗压强度,钢纤维的最优掺量为0.40%、纳米炭黑的最优掺量为0.75%,对于轴心抗压强度,钢纤维掺量最优为0.60%、纳米炭黑的最优掺量为约占水泥总量的0.50%。Steel fibers and materials such as nano-carbon black are increasingly being used in concrete engineering.A three-factor(steel fiber type,steel fiber dosage,nano-carbon black dosage)four-level orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of steel fibers and nano-carbon black on the compressive strength of concrete cubes and axial compressive strength.The test results show that the effect of steel fiber type on the mechanical properties of concrete is in the order of shear type>milling type>copper plating type>end hooking type.The compressive strength and axial compressive strength first increase and then decrease with the increase of steel fiber content and nano-carbon black content.For the compressive strength,the optimal steel fiber content is 0.40%,and the optimal nano-carbon black content is about 0.75%of the total cement.For the axial compressive strength,the optimal content of steel fiber is 0.60%,and the optimal content of nano-carbon black is about 0.50%of the total cement.
