摘 要:脓毒症相关急性肾损伤(sepsis-associated acute kidney injury,SAKI)是重症监护室患者的常见并发症,也是导致脓毒症患者病死率居高不下的独立危险因素。SAKI导致患者住院时间延长,带来巨大的医疗负担。SAKI的发病机制复杂,全身炎症反应在其中发挥了重要作用。目前血液吸附是重症监护室中治疗SAKI的主要手段,但相关治疗策略并未达成共识。该文汇总了血液吸附技术在SAKI治疗中应用的新观点和研究结论,旨在为SAKI的血液吸附治疗策略提供新的参考。Sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SAKI)is a common complication of patients in intensive care unit,and also an independent risk factor leading to high mortality of sepsis patients.SAKI leads to an extended hospital stay for patients,resulting in a huge medical burden.The pathogenesis of SAKI is complex,and systemic inflammatory response plays an important role in it.At present,blood adsorption is the main method for treating SAKI in intensive care units,but there is no consensus on the relevant treatment strategies.This article summarizes new perspectives and research conclusions on the application of blood adsorption technology in the treatment of SAKI,aiming to provide new references for the blood adsorption treatment strategies of SAKI.
