摘　　要：经皮肾穿刺活检术属于一种侵入性操作,应用过程中仍存在一定风险。穿刺术后出血是经皮肾穿刺活检术的主要风险。为了提升经皮肾穿刺活检术应用的安全性,近年来临床研究者不断探索研究术后出血发生的可能病因、危险因素和防治措施,明确经皮肾穿刺活检术后出血发生的风险因素,及时采取针对性措施最大限度降低风险,对术后出血及其他并发症控制的效果提高具有重要意义。该文拟对经皮肾穿刺活检术后出血发生情况、风险因素相关临床研究进展进行分析和总结,以期为经皮肾穿刺活检术后出血的防治提供参考。Percutaneous renal puncture biopsy is an invasive procedure,and there are still some risks in its application.Bleeding after puncture is a major risk of percutaneous renal biopsy.In order to improve the safety of percutaneous renal puncture biopsy,clinical researchers have been exploring and studying the possible etiology,risk factors and prevention measures of postoperative bleeding in recent years.It is of great significance to clarify the risk factors of bleeding after percutaneous renal puncture biopsy and take timely targeted measures to reduce the risk to the maximum extent for improving the control effect of postoperative bleeding and other complications.This article intends to analyze and summarize the clinical research progress on the occurrence and risk factors of bleeding after percutaneous renal biopsy,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of bleeding after percutaneous renal puncture biopsy.
