摘　　要：对麦弗逊悬架车轮外倾角公差影响因素进行了分析,得出了麦弗逊悬架整车下线前轮外倾角偏差的计算方法;本文提出的外倾角偏差分析计算方法,可对引起外倾角偏差大的悬架部件设计因素进行系统分析,同时对合理设计悬架部件尺寸公差提供了有效指导。The influence of camber tolerance is analyzed based on McPherson suspension,this paper derives the calculation method of camber tolerance.It provides systematic method for the camber tolerance and provides effective guidance for the tolerance design of McPherson suspension parts.
