宣痹通经方联合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨宣痹通经方联合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月经新沂市中医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者40例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各20例。对照组以骶管注射方案进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合服用宣痹通经方进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果、腰椎功能情况、疼痛程度、生活质量、中医证候积分。结果:研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018);治疗后,研究组患者主观症状、临床症状、日常活动受限度评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者Oswestry、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者认知功能、躯体功能、情感功能、角色功能、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中采用骶管注射联合宣痹通经方可改善患者腰椎功能,减轻疼痛感,提高生活质量,降低中医证候积分。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuanbi Tongjing prescription combined with sacral canal injection on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of forty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with twenty patients in each group.The control group was treated with sacral canal injection,and the study group was treated with Xuanbi Tongjing prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,lumbar function,pain degree,quality of life and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).After treatment,the subjective symptoms,clinical symptoms,daily activity limit scores and total scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the Oswestry and visual analogue scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of cognitive function,physical function,emotional function,role function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,sacral canal injection combined with Xuanbi Tongjing prescription can improve the lumbar function,relieve pain,improve life quality and reduce TCM syndrome score.
