优质护理在白血病患儿护理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:深入分析优质护理在白血病患儿护理中的作用。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年1月于滨州医学院附属医院就诊的白血病患儿70例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以优质护理。比较两组负性情绪、依从性、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患儿抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患儿治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);观察组患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:优质护理在白血病患儿的护理中效果显著,可有效地缓解患儿的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提升其治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,患儿家属满意度较高,值得在临床中推广。Objective:To deeply analyze the role of quality nursing in the care of children with leukemia.Methods:Seventy cases of children with leukemia attending the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study object,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-five cases.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given quality care.Negative emotions,compliance,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing care,the children in the observation group had lower scores on the depression self-assessment scale and anxiety self-assessment scale than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The treatment compliance of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).The complication rate of children in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).The nursing satisfaction of the families of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Quality nursing is effective in the care of children with leukemia,which can effectively alleviate the children's depression and anxiety,improve their treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of complications,and the children's families have a high degree of satisfaction,so it is worth promoting in the clinic.
