摘 要:高通量测序技术也称二代测序技术(NGS),在临床中可作为多种病原体检测方法,具有准确性高、无偏倚等优势。肺部感染性疾病属于临床常见疾病,早诊断、早干预对挽救患者生命具有重要意义。但受临床抗生素不合理应用与患者个人情况影响,特殊病原体感染、重症感染及难治性感染的发生增加了诊断及治愈难度。这就要求对病原学微生物诊断方法进行深入研究,针对肺部感染性疾病诊疗现状,该文简要对NGS进行概述,并对NGS在肺部微生物群落检测、重症感染及特殊类型感染患者中的应用进展进行综述,探析NGS在肺部感染性疾病治疗中的应用。High-throughput sequencing technology,also known as second-generation sequencing technology(NGS),can be used as a variety of pathogen detection methods in the clinic,which has the advantages of high accuracy and no bias.Lung infectious diseases are common clinical diseases,and early diagnosis and early intervention are important to save patients'lives.However,influenced by the irrational application of clinical antibiotics and patients'personal situation,the occurrence of special pathogen infections,severe infections and refractory infections increases the difficulty of diagnosis and cure.This requires an in-depth study of pathogenic microbiological diagnostic methods.Aiming at the current situation of diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infectious diseases,this article briefly provides an overview of NGS,and reviews the progress of NGS application in the detection of pulmonary microbial communities,severe infections and patients with special types of infections,and explores the application of NGS in the treatment of pulmonary infectious diseases.
