全身CT血管造影成像技术在血管疾病中的应用

摘  要:目的分析多层螺旋CT成像技术用于全身血管造影检查工作的价值。方法选择2022年1-10月在本院接受全身各部位血管造影检查的疑似血管疾病患者80例作为研究对象,分别进行CT平扫与多层螺旋CT增强后血管造影,分别计算CT平扫与多层螺旋CT增强后血管造影的疾病检出率、灵敏度与特异性,比较统计学差异。结果80例患者通过多层螺旋CT增强后血管造影结果显示,68例患者存在血管疾病,其中40例患者为血管壁出现钙化,占比(58.82)%;8例患者为主动脉内壁形成血栓,占比(11.76)%;5例患者为血管瘤,占比(7.35)%;15例患者为斑块,占比(22.06)%。多层螺旋CT增强后血管造影检出准确率、灵敏度均明显高于CT平扫(P<0.05)。结论临床开展全身血管造影诊断工作中运用多层螺旋CT成像技术具有结果准确、操作便捷等优势,值得运用推广。Objective To analyze application value of multi-slice spiral CT imaging technology in systemic angiography.Methods The paper chose 80 suspected vascular disease patients with systemic angiography at various parts of the body in our hospital from January to October 2022 as research objects,treated with CT plain scan and multi-slice spiral CT enhanced angiography,disease detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of CT plain scan and multi-slice spiral CT enhanced angiography was calculated and statistical difference was compared.Results Angiography results of 80 patients with enhanced multi-slice spiral CT showed,68 patients had vascular diseases,of which 40 patients had calcification of vascular wall,accounting for(58.82)%;8 patients had thrombosis on the inner wall of aorta,accounting for(11.76)%;5 patients had hemangiomas,accounting for(7.35)%;15 patients had plaques,accounting for(22.06)%.Accuracy and sensitivity of angiography detection after multi-slice spiral CT enhancement was significantly higher than CT plain scan(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT imaging technology has advantages in systemic angiography diagnosis in clinical practice,with accurate effect and convenient operation,which is worthy of promotion and application.
