凝血检查在急性创伤性凝血病诊疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血检查在急性创伤性凝血病临床诊疗中的价值。方法选择2021年8月-2022年7月本院收治的急性创伤性凝血病患者60例作为研究对象,按照患者入科时间分作观察组(6h内入科)与对照组(6~12h入科),均接受凝血功能检查,记录两组患者各项指标测定结果,对比统计学差异。结果经检测,两组患者血小板计数、INR、FIB、FDP测定结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者APTT、PT、D-二聚体、AT3测定结果均低于对照组,Fbg测定结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过凝血检查能够反映出急性创伤性凝血病患者的凝血功能与状态,为临床提供参考依据,提倡运用推广。Objective To explore value of coagulation testing in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute traumatic coagulation disease.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute traumatic coagulation disease admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 as research objects,and divided them into observation group(admitted within 6 hours)and control group(admitted within 6-12 hours)according to admission time.Both groups were treated with coagulation function tests,detection results of various indicators between two groups were recorded,statistical difference was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in platelet count,INR,FIB and FDP measurements between two groups(P>0.05).The APTT,PT,D-dimer and AT3 measurements in observation group were lower than control group,while the Fbg measurements were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coagulation examination can reflect coagulation function and status of patients with acute traumatic coagulation disease,and provide reference for clinical practice,which is worthy of promotion and application.
