中药熏洗对桡骨远端不稳定型骨折术后功能康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析中药熏洗对桡骨远端不稳定型骨折术后功能康复的影响。方法选择本院自2021年1月-2022年9月诊治的57例桡骨远端不稳定型骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均行手术治疗,术后将其随机分为2组,对照组28例术后给予常规锻炼,观察组29例给予中药熏洗治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果对比观察组与对照组Gartland-Werley、VAS评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),前者评分均较低。观察组生活质量评分为(96.22±3.73)分明显高于对照组(80.36±2.61)分,相对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论桡骨远端不稳定型骨折术后,给予中药熏洗治疗,患者术后疼痛减轻,腕关节功能恢复良好,可以考虑在临床上使用。Objective To analyze effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative functional recovery of unstable distal radius fractures.Methods The paper chose 57 patients with unstable distal radius fractures diagnosed and treated with surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly after surgery.Control group was treated with routine exercise after surgery,while observation group with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Difference in Gartland Werley and VAS scores between observation group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the former had lower scores.Life quality scores of observation group(96.22±3.73)were significantly higher than control group(80.36±2.61),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment can alleviate postoperative pains and restore wrist joint function for unstable distal radius fractures after surgery,which can be considered for clinical application.
