摘　　要：目的观察苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合正性激励治疗对青少年过敏性鼻炎疗效及其对CRP、过敏测试影响。方法选取本院2022年1-7月收治的60例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,按照双色球随机分组法均分为两组,对照组采取苍耳子鼻炎滴丸治疗,观察组采取苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合正性激励治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。 结果观察组患者治疗24h后、治疗1周后视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,观察组患者治疗后鼻腔通气面积、纤毛运动速率、鼻腔阻力等鼻腔生理功能均优于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论青少年过敏性鼻炎采取苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合正性激励治疗可显著提升治疗效果。Objective To observe curative effect of cocklebur fruit rhinitis dropping pills combined with positive stimulation therapy on allergic rhinitis of adolescents,and effect of CRP and allergy testing.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January to July 2022 as research objects,and divided them into two groups randomly according to double chromosphere grouping method.Control group was treated with cocklebur fruit rhinitis dropping pills,while observation group with cocklebur fruit rhinitis dropping pills combined with positive stimulation therapy.Clinical treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results After 24 hours of treatment and 1 week of treatment,visual analogue scores(VAS),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than control group.After treatment,the nasal physiological functions including nasal ventilation area,ciliary movement rate and nasal resistance in observation group were better than control group,with significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of cocklebur fruit rhinitis dropping pills and positive stimulation therapy can improve treatment effect on adolescent patients with allergic rhinitis significantly.
