地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗湿疹患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗湿疹患儿的效果。方法选取2019年8月-2021年8月本院治疗的湿疹患儿62例进行研究,按照随机抽样分组法将其分为两组,每组各31例。参照组患儿使用地奈德乳膏进行治疗,观察组患儿使用地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗。分析两组湿疹患儿治疗前和治疗后的体征积分水平以及临床疗效、药物不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿浸润肥厚积分为(1.14±0.20)分、抓痕积分为(1.04±0.30)分、苔藓化评分为(0.70±0.26)分、红斑评分为(1.10±0.35)分、体征总积分为(0.51±0.20)分,均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.412,6.453,7.952,4.818,8.167,P<0.001);观察组患儿的临床疗效为96.77%,高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.333,P=0.001);不良反应发生率方面,观察组为6.45%,较参照组低(χ^(2)=4.292,P=0.038)。结论使用地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗湿疹患儿,能够改善患儿临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得研究推广。Objective To explore curative effect of combination of desnide cream and dehumidification and itching relieving ointment on eczema children.Methods The paper chose 62 cases eczema children treated in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with desnide cream,while observation group with desnide cream combined with dehumidification and itching relieving ointment.Sign scores levels,clinical effect and incidence of adverse drug reactions were analyzed between two groups of eczema children before and after treatment.Results Scores of infiltration and hypertrophy in observation group were(1.14±0.20)points,scratch scores were(1.04±0.30)points,lichenization scores were(0.70±0.26)points,erythema scores were(1.10±0.35)points and total physical sign scores were(0.51±0.20)points,all were lower than control group,with statistical significance(t=10.412,6.453,7.952,4.818,8.167,P<0.001).Clinical effect of observation group was 96.77%,higher than reference group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=10.333,P=0.001).Incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 6.45%,lower than reference group(χ^(2)=4.292,P=0.038).Conclusion Desnide cream combined with dehumidification and itching relieving ointment can improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical effect of eczema children,which is worthy of research and promotion.
